I havn't had the greatest experience at this particular Banfield, but Stacy was so helpful at helping us figure out the heartworm confusion we had. She spent some time investigating this with us and we figured it out. However, the assistant Pedro and Dr. Tran are not my favorite when it came to communicating and handling of my pet. Lake ridge location is the best place to take your Pets. The staff is the absolute best and so is there wellness program.
