#banfield is such a joke. You know I kept a lot to myself the whole time I was dealing with mocha being sick and their lack competence or care for the animal. It it has really hit an all time low to me. Did u know that when u have a contract with them, even if ur dog has to be put down there in their facility... they still make u pay for the contract!!!??? It's not like I could be lying, mocha didn't disappear. I had to put him down there, at Banfield, by their vet... and yet I still have to pay my payments to them for his c... read more
We are on the road a lot, so we use Banfield when we are out of Florida and the staff and service at this office were GREAT!!!
Horrible service, lack of communication and would NEVER go there again. They are big on the wellness program but what does that do if they don't take care of your pets. I have cancelled all my wellness programs with them and that cost me an additional $600.00.
