I had a well check scheduled over a month ago! Get here and told its a drop off...BS! I pay monthly for my visits and last 3 times was sent to other location for sick visits...im done. I have questions and concerns I'd like to see and speak to vet about myself! After Stormy's next visit and Sunny today, I will be cancelling my plan. Im done with this BS!�
Banfield Webster is the best! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They were very thorough on the phone/in person with regards to my kitty’s condition. They had time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed or unimportant. Thank you for taking care of my fur baby!!!
We love the Staff they are very caring/friendly but half the time they don’t have the medication in stock that they prescribed for our pup and if you want to get it somewhere else they take forever to approve/call it in to another Pharmacy.
We rescued a puppy with a serious eye issue. The doctors at the Baybrook location have been amazing with Jack. They have called to check on him, been so caring and concerned. I have had an excellent experience from the receptionist all the way to the Veterinarian.
Banfield in Webster Texas has always treated my pet with great respect and care. They call to remind me of appointments and to check on my dog the day after we have been there. I would recommend this location to anyone!
