You shouldn’t be allowed to have a business after the negligence and lack of compassion I’ve seen. To turn away a family that needs help is a DISGRACE! I hope this shows the truth and that nobody trusts their animals with you again.
God forbid your loved furbaby needs medical attention when the office is closing in an hour!!! Do not use this location!! I only hope one of your loved one doesn’t get turned away one day when a doctor wants to leave the office. For shame!!
Hell no I wouldn't recommend this clinic!! a couple's beautiful dog died because this clinic refused to take them in especially since they had plenty of time to help the puppy out before they closed. Now the couple lost their dog due to seizures and this clinic refused to help. So if you want to put your faith and hope on this clinic go for it or do the right thing and go find a clinic that actually would take your pet even last minute to save a furry life.
This place should be shut down.They allowed a dog to die because the client came in an hour before they closed. Why should they be open for our loved ones if they don’t even care. Pathetic.
This place doesn’t care about anything but $$$! They will turn away a sick dog HOURS before they close!
Very poor service. Unless you want there monthly package. Delayed getting us in for over a week. Then very uncaring. We have been there for over 20 years with Dr Ryan and now we get the run around . Do not use this vet clinic !
Recommendedthey are amazing caring people. we have all of our pets there. they go above and beyond to help In any way possible. i would not take my babies anywhere else.
