Very polite. Played with my dog, explained everything they were doing. Purchased the plan, a good deal.

I take my dog to Banfield Waterbury, I have only one complaint. When I started taking him there he was on Revelotion for heart worm, flies and ticks. Two of the Vets thought it was a good choice but the third suggested I change him to Nextguard, told me it took care of more things than revelotion. So I switched, not cheep either. On returning another time I was asked what I was giving him for heart worms, I told her and she said Nextguard is not for heart worm and he will need something else. Not sure if I like them or not.

Last year my black lab tested positive for lyme and they set him up with a treatment. When we went back for a follow up 6 mths later I noticed a spot on his chest and brought it to the vets attention. She told me it was a scar. I knew it wasnt and stopped going there. Yesterday i found out that the "scar" is a cancerous mass tumor. Banfield waterbury should be ashamed of themselves for this type of care. And I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a story like this. Dont take your beloved pets to banfield waterbury!!!!!!!

Monkey, had gone to Banfield for years. He unfortunately had to be put down a few days ago due to him being in a lot of pain. They were so caring and loving to him, right to the end.

PRETTY MUCH A CULT. FAR FROM VETERINARY CARE. I EVEN CAUGHT THE VET FORGING TWO DIFFERENT MEDICAL REPORTS TO CLEAR HERSELF. SHE GOT CAUGHT. THE SAD PART IS THE STAFF WAS TRYING TO COVER IT UP. ONCE THE UPDATED MEDICAL REPORT WAS RELEASE IT JUST SHAMED THE ENTIRE HOSPITAL. PROCEED WITH CAUTION TO THE WATERBURY BANFIELD.

I was supposed to have an appointment Thursday, drove all the way from Southbury to find out they rescheduled without notification. Then I dropped my cat off at 9 and waited 3 1/2 hours with no phone call, I walked in to check what was taking so long and they were like ya he can go...gave me a paper and said bye.....then I asked" are you going to update me on his health?" Pretty bad customer service!! After his plan is up I'm going to cancel his plan. Unless they start treating us better and not like a McDonald's! !!
