unbelievable. second time now trying to get an appointment for my dog at Waterbury CT, and they cant get him in for 2 weeks!. Dog is coughing and he could be dead in 2 weeks!! And yes, we have paid every month for over 12 years for the wellness plan. Last time we were leaving for a 3 week trip and they didnt seem to care. They fall back on "if this is an emergency you can always call a hospital". Nice attiturde Banfield. Wonderful staff! Very informative about my pets preventive care, the wellness plan is awesome, it really saves you alot of money, and there are multiple locations thru out the state, so if my location is unable to see my pet, I have the option of using another banfield. Prices are very reasonable compared to most other veterinarian offices.

I went there today with my Cat and Dr. Miller someone who I was right when I thought that does not look like a doctor to me hun. 50$ visit? You guys mean 50 for an exam right??? Because She did not even touch the Cat- My Cat is been vomiting and even blood and She did not even take her temperature to check for fever, The Stethoscope was part of her outfit not for work never used and asked for almost 700$ for an Xray what cost 75$ in Mattatuck Animal Hospital and a blood test what cost 150$, They were charging more than Emerg... read more
