I have been paying for the highest insurance plan through them for about a year that includes , dental cleaning and exam for free, then they added on nail trimming, glands, etc. for $40, which I ok’d. Not even an hour goes by, the vet calls and says she suggests four X-rays and some antibiotics which would be an extra $130. I told her my budget is very tight until payday next week, so maybe next week. I signed my dog up for the “wellness” plan, but they did not walk me through all the fine details that it entailed. After she had passed away they passed me through to a corporate office to cancel the plan who walked me through invoices of services and informed that I owed hundreds of dollars due to “services rendered”. It was like having to pay for life insurance after a loved one passed away. There is no care for your animal at Banfield. Love this place. They are friendly helpful and true animal lovers. They are very gentle with my dog, who tends to be a bit skidish around people. They call you to follow up and make sure you and your pet are ok. The professionalism is very noticeable and appreciated. Thank you for all you do!
Don't bring your beloved pets here- this office is filled with the laziest people you'll ever have to deal with- all they care about is taking your money and they have not a care about your pet. Go anywhere but here. Don't trust them with your pets. And Dr. Megan is an incompetent idiot.
