How about Bruiser who was there last week for his second broken leg in 2 short years, clearly abuse, then the owner wants this poor innocent dog put to sleep? A rescue steps forward, states they will pay for Bruisers surgery, and take him into their rescue. Rescue is all set to pick Bruiser up, Banfield vets murdered the poor baby. You need to have your licences revoked, you all are disgusting beings. Karma Banfield.
I took my Jack Russell terrier "Buddy" for surgery there yesterday. The doctors and staff were were very kind and professional to me and catered to all of mine and Buddy's needs. I can't say enough about there affordable wellness plans with dental cleaning and discount medicine. I have several dogs on this plan and could not go without it.
There is not adequate reception staff. The vet and techs are very kind to my dog. They take their time with my dog and put her at ease during her examination, injections, etc.
We are always happy with the service provided at this Banfield location. They make sure our pets are comfortable during their visit there. Thank you!
I love this staff... They have always cared so well for our babies, especially when we lost our eldest baby poodle in an over night emergency. They take extra time to talk with us and show their heart for animals. We have made friends throughout the years with many of the team here and and are so very thankful!
