My dog liked the staff at Banfield but they were always finding some test or something else that needed to be done. When I took him to his last appointment and asked that everything be up dated, they told me the would update all of his shots and test records. When I got a copy of his records to start seeing a different vet it turned out he was not up to date on his shots, or his test! Their prices are double other vets in the area. I would not go back to this place not would I recommend them to anyone else.
