Banfield The Pet Hospital is subpar Terrible staff. Unorganized and very expensive for the quality of service ($250 for a spay). I feel like I'm pushed to buy medicines and unnecessary procedures every time I come in with my healthy dog for boosters. STAY AWAY FROM THE CONTRACT- TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!
Staff is not friendly and apathetic.
Recommendedmy puppy was in pain the Dr fixed her and it was reasonable thx Banfield

I am not one to ever write those angry reviews on facebook, however this is at the life of my fur baby who was put down today. My dog was taken to our family vet about 2 months ago due to a cough, and we started him on a diet after realizing it was because of him being overweight. Since then his health had rapidly declined so we brought him here to get a second opinion. We found out he was diabetic and had arthritis and we were urged to do insulin shots but with his other “condition”, we were told they may not have even work... read more

NO LONGER RECOMMEND!! We liked Dr. Belt, but she is no longer there.I have been trying to get an appointment for my cat to be seen since October, but hard to do when they are closed more than they are open. Finally got an appointment for 12/26 only to have them cancel on 12/22 after confirming my appointment 3 times the week before. I am paying for a Wellness plan that I can't even use. It's 1/4 and the next available appointment with a current vet is 2/6. They may have a vet for appointments on 1/18, but no guarantees. Save... read more
