RecommendedPlano Banfield was always great with my dog Duke and every single staff member was genuinely supportive when we put him down today. Perez and Dr. Gomez were especially great with Duke and overall communication over the past year. I don't see myself ever going anywhere else in the future. We are so grateful, that banfield allowed him to have the best life ever!
It has been nothing but trouble with this location. One doctor blamed me for my dogs heartworms and proceeded to forget to tell me about my dogs possible herniated disc. That same doctor and a nurse both provided me incorrect information about medications that could have been fatal to my dog. After switching to a different doctor in the same location it has been nothing but lies and mistreatment. I have been to multiple banfields and this is by far one of the worst locations. I like that they do a follow-up check after each appointment.
I love the staff here. I have 2 dogs and one had diabetes. They take great care of them and keep me informed. I also purchased the insurance and save a bunch.
