Belleville Animal Hospital has been taking care of my pets for over 20 years. The staff is wonderful. They are usually easy to schedule appointments around my dog's and my needs and schedules. I love Dr Dobson because not only is he a skilled veterinary and animal surgeon but he is always upfront and straight with me about my furry baby, even when it's information that's difficult to hear; that is something I very much appreciate. I completely recommend this animal hospital.
I was a client of bah for 40 yrs. When they were bought out by Bansfield yes Bansfield I was asked to leave because I wanted proper care of my dog. They asked me to leave. WATCH OUT FOR THEM ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU QUESTION THERE CARE. WATCH OUT FOR KRIS THE OFFICE MANAGER. More money less care. I now have a better vet.
When my puppy broke his leg, I was absolutely devastated and overwhelmed. I took him to the emergency vet and called BAH the next morning to follow up. I was seen immediately and I was instantly comforted. They watched my pup all day (I was worried about all the things I needed to do and didn't want to leave him home alone) and didn't charge me anything. I have never been happier with a vet! Thanks so much for all your compassion and care!
I have high-maintenance, skittish, difficult to control kitties. I can barely get them into a carrier to go to the vet (it's a two person job). I was absolutely amazed with Kelly (LVT). She is a cat whisperer. I thought for sure my cats would require sedation to be handled at the vet but Kelly somehow keeps them calm and is able to take care of them without any problems. Belleville Animal Hospital has the best vets and staff in the area.
Very caring and compassionate doctors and staff. Would never take my pets anywhere else. We have been going here for over 20 years. I highly recommend them.
