RIPOFF PAID FOR A PLAN AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE VETS!!! WHAT A JOKE!!
This place is a joke...My dog is really sick...Called Belleville claims their office is booked..Tell me to call Pittsfield they are booked...I paid over $720 for a preventive plan for my dog that I cant even use...Stay away from this place.
I would like to say that I have been going to Belleville Animal Hospital for years with several different pets. Dr. Dobson, Yvonne and the entire staff have always been the most compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend them for all your pet needs ����
Took my cat and dog here to get chipped and they were very kind, fast, and helpful. Got a free goody bag of treats, a leash, and other fun stuff. Will be coming again!
I want to say a huge ... THANK YOU ... for updating the client medical page, PETLY. I needed a copy of Shadow's Vaccination Records and checked the PETLY page ... and there it was ... ALL UPDATED. YAY. I know it was a hard transition from Belleville Animal Hospital to Banfield Pet Hospital. Craziness was all over the place. But, all the employees pulled it through. You guys ROCK. A shout out of praise to the crew at the Belleville Animal Hospital and Dr. Dobson for seeing my baby on a moment's notice for this emergency situation. They cared for her quickly and with compassion while not over charging me like they could have. I have three greyhounds that go to this Clinic and they have never been anything but kind and loving to me and my animals. Thanks for such a great job last night I don't know what I would have done if you weren't there ! Xo
