I love this place and the staff. Its so convenient and my dog loves Petsmart. The staff in the store are very sweet. They go out of their way to make me and my baby Bella feel welcome.
Dr. Lucas and staff were so gentle and compassionate when we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize my dog Pachi. They gave us the time we needed and tried to make her as comfortable as possible. They helped me arrange a treatment plan that we wanted. I'm so grateful for the sympathy card with her paw print and warm condolence notes from the staff. I will cherish it always
