I was quoted for a cat neuter and visit for five hundred bucks! Ridiculous price for a simple cat neutering. Found a better vet in Castro Valley with reasonable prices. I've been disappointed with Banfield and their care with my animals in general.
Be aware people this location does not cane for your dog’s health they love your money. The manager who is not even a doctor has the worst manners. They never have availability to see your dog and the senior management have a sour soul director that she feel entitled to humiliate the front desk employee as well as customers. I just cancelled to plans and I will never do business with Banfield. Not all the Doctors there are irresponsible but the management to the unhappy Dr Siegel makes this the worst location. Total rip off! $300 for an ear infection, still there 10 days later and they want to charge for follow up visit! Never fixed, place is a scam and rip off. Check out google reviews!
