The wellness plans are great! If you really look at all the things on the plans and price them at a different vet you'll realize it's so much cheaper. The staff is awesome, and the doctors really know their stuff. I love Banfield!
The vet and the staff are great. I am giving this place one star because of the pet insurance they offer. I took a stray cat I found in to have a check up, thought the insurance was a great deal. After I had the cat for several months I found her owner. I asked the store to cancel the insurance, they did. Two months later they charged my card. I called to cancel via their customer service, 20 minute hold time... and still nobody answered. I emailed them, their response was my contract ended in 1 year unless I chose to renew.... read more
