The staff is wonderful with everything
My Max was throwing up in Daycamp so I called to see if a vet could see him. They took him in right away and when I got there Kiersten had already grabbed him from the pet hotel and they were running test. The staff is super caring and made me comfortable while I waited on results

Very unhappy with Banfield Pet Hospital located at the Petsmart on Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC. Made a drop off grooming and hospital visit. Called Banfield twice to confirm that after grooming appointment at 10:30 she would have appointment at Banfield. Turns out on the day of the appointment that was not o.k. despite two confirmations otherwise.
