I have two dogs on banfield wellness plans and my dog that was supposed to be seen today is a 4 month old golden retriever puppy. I usually go to the banfield in Danvers mass, which has always been great, but my dad recently passed away suddenly and my mom requires 24/hr care so I moved into her house for the time being to take care of her which is closer to a millbury location. RecommendedIt was me and Enzo first veterinary visit and Dr Wilson was great and helped me with plenty advice for us. I’m a first time dog/husky owner. I will recommend this place
I love Banfield. My cat is not the easiest going cat in the world and they do great with him. They also somehow always have time to squeeze my little bunny in for a nail trim!
I have never had a doctor as kind and caring as Dr. Weisbach. She has been working very hard to try to find help for my cat’s liver failure. She’s honest and loving. I highly recommend her.
We've been going to Banfield for over 14 years and we used to love them. Unfortunately ever since Dr. Augusta left they have continuously gotten worse. There's so many things that have gone down hill. It's sad we had always gotten the wellness plans because it saves you a ton but the inconsistency in vets and customer service don't make it worth it anymore.
Today my daughter had a 4:30 appt for her cat. Arrived 10 minutes early and was told everyone was gone in Banfield. She never received a call for cancellation after leaving work early to make this appt. Extremly disappointed with the lack of customer service at this Millbury Ma location. The hours are listed from 9am to 7pm. A courtesy call should have been received.
