She was incredibly patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable - everything you’d hope for when visiting a veterinary clinic. Her kind demeanor and clear communication made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Stacey truly went above and beyond, and she’s the reason I’ll continue bringing my dog to this location. I just called Banfield and I understand that you had 3 clients in front of me but this rude lady who didn’t care what I wanted to say put me on a long 20 minutes hold in the middle of our conversation, practically cut me off. I understand that she was alone there answering calls but I waited for a long time and then she picked up the line and asked me to wait more.
