Dr.Ojala is by far The best Doctor out there!!! He is not only amazng caring and quick thinking but also super informative. Special shout out goes to nurse Selena, who is just absolutely wonderful and quickly finds contact with your pet.
I took my Frenchie for a teeth cleaning and he ends up getting a cough. I then have to take time off work to bring him in for a cough he didn’t have before he came in here. Oh and let’s not forget the attitude of the front office staff. I honestly don’t feel safe bringing my dogs in for routine procedures here and need to consider alternatives. This is not the first incident we have had to endure with this place but definitely the last.
Extremely terrible service here. The folks are likely paid very little for a corporate machine that does not care about your pet, does not take the time to listen but will charge an arm and a leg for everything under the sun. A lot of lip service is paid to what’s being done with very little actual expertise.
Hmm… Even though you recently had an exam at their clinic, because you didn’t specifically request a prescription for flea medication, they won’t approve it for online orders. Their reasoning is that your pet’s weight might have changed. Honestly, no other veterinary clinic I’ve been to pushes so many unnecessary exams like Banfield does, and with such conviction, even when they’ve just done one.
