RecommendedThe Veterinary Dr Williams is professional, compassionate, as well as, knowledgable and skilled. Their staff is friendly and helpful. My pets records are all kept in order between visits at Banfield for preventive care and the Specialist. They never miss a detail. Reminders of when things are due are always sent, so my pet do not fall behind on vaccines, flea control or heartworm prevention. Lastly, in general visits stress free, in and out relatively quickly with all that we need.

I know there are a lot of complaints about Banfield but I have had nothing but good experiences with Banfield in Oakleaf. The staff and front desk people are so nice and Dr. Williams is amazing with my dogs.
This is the worst that's office I have ever been to In My Life. They have ripped so much money for me and have not helped my animal at all. I have brought my animal in there and critical situations and they could care less they have sent me away and not seen my animal because they're too busy even though I pay monthly for their highest Wellness Plan which was the biggest mistake of my life. They are horrible horrible horrible vet please do not take your animal there.
This place is a commercialized center for milking you, they get you in on a "plan" that covers nothing that you deal with most times and make fake issues to get your money. Twice now with two different family members when their pets were truly sick and or injured they had to take them some where else for real treatment! These pets are my Grand fur babies so you can imagine what a Lioness I am about their care! This place SUCKS! Stop wasting your money on pet plans a good vet will take care of your pets and it will be cheaper... read more
