My family lost our fur baby and in our moment of need we called our trusted vet office hoping to get advice on where to take him and the after hours recording let us know that the office was closed due to hurricane Irma. Irma was 8 months ago. �� As our hearts are breaking Google was more helpful than Southside Banfield.
everyone there gave me all the information that I needed and answered all the questions that I asked. Everyone there is very patient and very nice. I bought the optimum wellness plan for my dog and had to get a prescription for a certain food for her and they helped me out so much .
Today was our first visit and I was extremely pleased. Our baby has some special needs and we really felt like our concerns were validated and truly heard. Very happy so far. Staff was all very nice and we were seen in a timely manner. We loved our old vet and had a lot of anxiety about transferring after he moved away.
Used to use them for our three dogs and two Bengals. I can say after my last experience with their customer service I will not be back and I will never recommend them to anyone.
