Vets are inferior, prices are outrageous, and they nickel and dime you for things not covered in the "cost saving" wellness plans. Plan prices ultimately equate to what a far superior vet service would have charged anyway, and you are locked into their less than optimal vet service for a year. Do your fur babies and your wallet a favor and avoid Banfield.

Love the staff. Everyone is friendly and Odin loves going there. I do like the Wellness plan as its easier for me to afford and such a great option. The staff always takes their time to explain things to me and makes me feel comfortable when they are handling my dog. I would recommend them to any pet owner for their fur babies.
Love the staff and Dr. Timberlake. Dr. Greene took great care of our beloved Maev.
