Dr. Stumpf is amazing! Best Vet we have ever come across! We are signed up for the essential wellness plan, and when our dog became suddenly and violently ill this week, we took him in as soon as they opened! We were able to leave him there for the day, and the wellness plan saved us a lot of money! Dr. Stumpf called to check in throughout the day, and gave HONEST advice! We've been with these guys a few years now and Dr. Vincent is EXCELLENT. The staff is really good too. The annual plans see to be a good value - we just renewed again!

Epic fail Banfield. It was bad enough having to wait thirty minutes after our scheduled appointment time to put our much-loved cat down, but to be continually be sent reminders for his care is insensitive and uncalled for. Not even joking, thirty minutes after our cat passed, I received a text about him. Then two days later I received an e-mail stating you hoped he was doing well and asking for feedback.
