I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at Banfield! They updated me throughout the day on my dogs progress. When I came in to pick him Up I was warmly greeted and they went over again what was done. Super friendly and not rushed .
The staff are super nice. My cat is never traumatized when he comes home. Have been with Banfield for 14 years.
My BANFIELD service contract has dropped in service. The Norwalk care center is not what it used to be. I have not been notified of this year's visit. On my last visit the Vet completely avoided treating my dog in my presence. The COVID pandemic is no longer an excuse. I would like to witness my pet being attended to in my presence. I have a LONG history with this practice and still remember how my other dog was treated.
Very caring, thorough and excellent care for our Rosie!
