Horrible customer service, the staff has no clue what they are doing, we had a appointment and got there 15 minutes late And they canceled after being waiting 6 months for this day. Do not recommend it to anyone!!

I absolutely love the staff at Banfield. The doctors are amazing (especially Dr. Miller) and the front desk staff are very helpful and kind. Everyone that works here is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and most of all great with the pets!! I have a wellness plan which is great and it’s very convenient. I can’t say enough great things about Banfield of Norwalk!
I love Banfield. I actually come down to Norwalk from Bethel. The Wellness Plan is an excellent way to make sure my dogs are up to date with everything. It even includes dental. I highly recommend it.
They tell u one price and then Jack it up from a hundred to 400 dollars I don't have that kind of money!!!
