They always want you to drop your dog off and I understand if it is something simple.Both of my dogs have bite and scratch their themselves where they are bleeding They need treatment and meds where we can see the doctor and talk about the issue.No appt for another month.Im getting of and paying all this money and they are not 7that good.I wouldn't recommend them to no one!

I definitely DO NOT recommend this place. They’re not in the helping business; I shouldnt have to find another vet when he’s been going there since he was 6weeks and his first time actually being sick they’re not wanting to see him; just want me to find somewhere else to take him... This place is a joke!
RecommendedDr. DeGennaro is awesome along with the rest of the Staff. She takes great care of my “Babies” by being very attentive and addresses all of their needs and my concerns with professionalism.
They refused to see my dog when she was sick told me I needed to take her to a vet hospital I spent $250 and 4 hours at a vet hospitals to be told my dog had a virus and there is nothing that they could do about it in to give her some over the counter meds....
Banfield Pet Hospital in Mechanicville has the greatest staff. They always always call and check on my baby after visits.And Dr Reeves is the greatest My Bella has no fear when she goes there...she loves the staff too
