I have found the entire staff to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I'm glad I brought my dog here.
Consistently poor customer service. Only giving two stars because the quality of care by the professionals you don't see (behind the door) is good. I have been charged for services I did not request and when confronted, they apologized for the "miscommunication", but stated they would not refund my money. This is only one of the many incidents I've encountered at this location. I would highly recommend staff at the front desk receive a course on how to properly communicate with customers.
