RecommendedThis place is awesome! My kitty was sick today and I was panicking about where to take him to get checked out on a Sunday! I called and was able to get an appointment. Dr. Herman and the staff were so friendly and took great care of my kitty. Dr. Herman spent time with Inky and made sure he answered all of my questions before he left the room. My Inky has some medicine to help him feel better and I will sleep better tonight knowing that he is ok.

I can highly recommend Dr. Daniel Herman @ Banfield. Not only does he truly love animals and knows them like they are his furry children but he is also always cost considerate. Truly appreciate him. Both my doggies have been under his care since they were pups.
My dogs have been going here for over 10 years. Dr. Coffeen when he was there was the ABSOLUTE best. The dog wisperer. All the new Vets since have been great. Only a couple of hiccups but they fixed or made up for it.
I feel like the care my pets get is awesome, But they need a little help in the wait part! I realize it takes a while to come up with a plan of care, But communicate. I sat for so long and thought they had forgotten about us! My kitty is doing so much better! Thank you for your expertise and love in caring for our babies!
We adopted our little furbaby in Oct 2014, and immediately sought out Banfield for his primary care, on their wellness plan. We couldn't have been more thrilled with our decision, as our puppy always looks forward to his visits with Dr. Dobson! Not to mention, how we felt after each appointment.. we always knew exactly what was going on with our boy, as the communication was spot on! We brought our dog there today to be put on an Optimum Wellness Plan and she had a full checkup including lab work. The vet tech was extremely friendly. She explained everything and answered all our question s. She was very good with our dog who was very nervous. Then Dr. Randolph came in and explained all the test results. He was very friendly and was also very good with our dog. We had a very good experience there and will gladly take our dog back there.
