I made my Dogs appointment for a loose tooth on my Day off! Was Told drop her off at 8:30 so they would have time for surgery on the tooth...picked her up 4:30 was told didn't find loose tooth my her nails need cut..I showed the girl the loose tooth that wiggles and hurts her!!! She said OH!!! Do you want to. Make a Dental appointment...No that was what she was here for All day..she had to pee so bad she start at the door.wasted money I can't afford..dog Still has a sore loose tooth!!
As soon as I bought the wellness plan, they gave my dog immunizations that I did not authorize and my little Lola died. I had to leave room because they were plucking her ears and she was crying so I left room. I was called back in after they were done. When my baby was diagnosed with Immune mediated hemolytic anemia I went and got her records and not only did they give my 10 lb dog five vaccines at once but they have her leptsorasis vaccine. I LOVE BANFIELD! A bit sad to see Dr Crawley go though! My chinese cresteds have special needs, and Banfield is always great. They communicate regularly with Ocean State Veterinary Hospital, as one of my dogs is treated and hospitalized there often as well. We have nice continuity of care between the two. That is hard to find!
The people at our location are very young. The Doctor says they will call in a few days but you never hear back. They took blood work and a week later I had to call for the results after they were to call me the next day. Very expensive as well. I'm looking for a new vet.
Just got off the phone with Susan, she called to check on Kenzie, who was spayed yesterday. A true testament to the individualized care and attention you'll receive here. Dr. Holmes is amazing. I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital.
The entire staff has been wonderful with Oliver and Tugboat. Susan goes above any expectation and makes you feel like family. She is awesome!!
