Banfield have incapable vets that have no clue how to treat pets. They have sales people not vets. You almost kill my dog... you tried....
Front desk staff has always been really nice to me. I have had issues with follow ups from some people but my issues have always been addresed. I'm a firm believer that you get the customer service that you demand and that people mirror your attitude. I approach with a smile and I tell the staff what I need, I always get the same in return. I'd give 5 stars but they always call my wife backup to follow up because her number is on file even though I always give my number as a call back.
I am very happy with them.Very clean, the staff was extraordinarily nice, great place. I take my Rocky to the hospital they have in Kissimme FL.
FYI consumers. Rabies vaccine can cause cancer ! Get informed consent, be present when vaccines are given, verify correct documentation before you leave. Ask for preservative free. Be careful
