These people are the worse, been trying to cancel our cats wellness plan and they make it impossible. You can’t call to cancel, they tell you to email. After emailing multiple times they are still billing us. Absolutely horrible...

When other banfield places were unwilling to help or guide me in a direction because we weren’t an established client already you listened to me cry and got us seen the next day. Your empathy and compassion will bring us back and I wish more locations had employees like you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my fur baby.

don't use at least this location... during a pandemic where 23 million people are out of work and here in Florida only 44000 out of 1.75 million have even received an unemployment check. they quote us 500 plus 200 to remove a cancerous tumor on out 11 year old dachshund. once all test are done...30 days from 1st appt mind you and completely understandable due to covid.... $600 already paid out for those test... they say it cost 900+ and 200 to do surgery. ask why it doubled they say they never quotes before and it is what it... read more

Dr.Da Silva is the queen of surgery !! She did my dog, Mickey's, foreign body surgery yesterday and she really did a phenomenal job with him. Hes feeling great today first day post Op ��
Do not go here! The Doctor is horrible and my dog is traumatized only at this location!!
