I switched from Ocoee location to Alafaya. And My Dog gets great treatment without trying to take all my money like the other location. I will keep bringing her here.
Since Dr. Shaw left, this place has been terrible for customer service and taking care of our pets. It is sad that unless your pet is not literally dying, they do not take you in. This is even though I have one of their plans. I also called to refill a medication on a Sat at 10am. I had to call back at 4pm because I had not heard from them, and they told me they were going to call me "by the end of the day." Ive been waiting a week for test results that they have but only a nurse/Dr can read I have even went in this is totally unacceptable and will no longer be using your services.
I've been going to Banfield in Waterford Lakes for years. Dr. Shaw was my chow's vet, when she stopped walking Dr. Shaw helped her and gave me two more weeks with my Kimba, but old age got her. I was very grateful for Dr. Shaw. Now this June my white boxer developed a mass on her limb and multiple through out but the worst one was her limb. She also had other complications.
