Avoid at all costs, can't believe the notes that you have written up. You are saying I've said things about my dog which I've never even said. So upset and disappointed
Terrible customer service. When I call to get a refill for my dogs prescriptions they don’t have it ready . They always say they are waiting for veterinarian’s authorization . Due to this reason, I decided to transfer their prescriptions to a pharmacy . Unfortunately, they have been having the same issue with them to get the request fax it back to them. My pharmacy is been wanting since Tuesday (4 days already ) . Not answer yet!
If you hate both your pet & money, this is the place for you! Your pet (or you) will die waiting on test results, or due to faulty medical advice. This office, and Banfield overall, should be ashamed.
They were very helpful, loving to my dog Tiger, he had a bad infection and took great care of him. They kept him most of the day for observation, He liked it there but he was happy go home! I will definitely take him here again if I have to. Great customer service
