RecommendedI would recommend Banfield anyday! Especially Dr. Tranthum! My big male dobie ended up needing emergency surgery for stitching a huge gash in his side. She put her pockets to the side and helped us form a plan that would fit our financial needs. She truly cares about your pet and wants to make sure they are happy and healthy! Amazing staff so kind and helpful! They spoiled my big boy and he is doing wondeful 2 days out of surgery! Thank you Dr. Tranthum and the rest of Banfield for being the best
Never can get your dog in with an emergency, but still pay the monthly plan! What a joke you are! My dog died and I stilled payed for 6 more months. Get your act together!!

I love Banfield!! I will never take my animals to any other clinic!! That take care of you and answer any questions you may have. One time there was an issue with paperwork and I had to wait ten extra minutes. Because I had to wait they trimmed both of my dogs toes.
My babies have been going to Banefield for almost 6 years now, 2 in the Bossier city location and almost 4 at the Westminster location, Dr. K is the BEST doctor ever, all 3 of our furbabies adore her and she really takes exceptional care of them. Our baby Zeus went through heartworm treatment with her and I'm almost positive I wouldn't have made it through without her support, and I know Zeus wouldn't have come through without her. The new vet is awful. My dog went in for her annual visit (blood work, teeth cleaning, and vaccines). When discussed with the vet, she lied to me about my dogs blood work. She told me that her preliminary tests for a uti were positive - which meant antibiotics, however no blood work came back positive- every test, including the preliminary ones were negative --- and she mislead my husband into giving our dog fluids when not needed and 96 pills (3 weeks) of antibiotics for an infection that she didn't even have!
