Don't go here!! They are completely unorganized and unreliable. Started using them in February and have had nothing but problems. Medication mix ups, being over charged. Total scammers. Today I had an appointment for my dog to get a check up, said I could drop him off and he would be done in a few hours. Seemed simple enough. Four hours later he still hasn't been seen and they said the vet went to lunch so he wouldn't be done for a few more hours. Meanwhile my poor dog is sitting in a cage, terrified, no food. This place is nothing like it was six years ago. When my dog was a puppy they would get her and when she's sick no problem now it's literally impossible to get in for an emergency now. I was literally just turned away because they didn't have time to do stitches before they closed. Unreal. No wonder the staff always changes.
Banfield is the worst vet clinic in the Chicagoland area and I would advise anyone considering using them to run. They consistently overbook, run behind and treat clients like cattle.
The ppl I had half-ass did their job and clipped my dogs nails til they bled 😤😡...NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AT ALL
