When I take my pet to Banfield he is loved on and he loves the staff
I have no problems with them always on time and try to save you money have treated my dog wonderful
Horrible location, would not recommend it to anyone.
Absolutely the worst experience. They never did follow up or year ago when my dog was sick. We moved a year ago and I have been trying since them to get them to take my automatic payment off. You call the call center and they are sorry but they're not available. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone. It's impossible to make them stop charging you. And I'm at a loss of how I can even get some of my money back. Avoid them at all costs
Excellent customer service on my puppy. He received his first shots and tests and they handle his hyper self with care � knowledgeable and very informative. The Doctor gave me answers I'd forgotten to ask�.
