It was our first time to this Banfield. The staff are just amazing. Our vet was very easy to talk to and get answers. Will make it our clinic for now on and recommend it to my friends.
I was supposed to rush my dog to the vet today at 7:00 am after an overnight stay in the ER so he could be put on fluids ASAP and monitored, per Banfield vet. I spent 30 minutes making sure that they had all the information on his treatment based on his ER stay. I called at 11:30 to check on him and learned he had been seen by no one and was not on fluids. My poor dog was alone and scared and not receiving the life saving treatment he needed. I can't imagine how many techs and vets just walked by him for hours ignoring him. ... read more
