I wish I could leave a non-star rating. I’ve trusted Banfield since my dog was 6 weeks old and always had good experiences—until now. On March 11, my dog became ill. The Northridge location refused to help, told me to go to emergency, and hung up without hearing my concerns. The Canoga Park location initially scheduled a same-day visit and was helpful, but the doctor did only a quick exam (no blood work) and prescribed medication.
