I had a great experience at Banfield Pet Hospital in Northridge. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided wonderful service from start to finish. The veterinarian was very helpful, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure my pet received excellent care. I truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion of everyone on the team. I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital in Northridge to anyone looking for quality veterinary care.
I have been bringing my dogs to this Banfield since 2014 or so (when they used to be in PetSmart accross the street.) And now we go to their freestanding location in the shopping plaza just across the street from PetSmart. Jeremy always recognizes and takes great care checking in Sonic and Señor. Sonic hates the vet and isn't comfortable with strangers but after years of going here he is finally OK with Jeremy LOL. Dr. Del Pino is very communicative and informative.
