I stood around for two solid hours while I waited for what they called a "quick visit". There were signs saying I couldn't sit anywhere or stand anywhere. It was not an experience I would want anyone else to have .

RecommendedWe had the unfortunate diagnosis of cancer. Leo was only two years old. We only had him for a year and adopted him. He is a huge pitbull mixed with Great Dane. But he was a loving and energetic dog. The vets loved him even with his high energy. They took every phone call and made sure to make me feel safe. Talk about a horrible experience.
Thank God for Dr Heflin and the other staff at Banfield Pet Hospital 💖 Pixie has made a huge improvement over the last 2 weeks. Looks like we have finally found the right combination of care and meds for Jenna's fur baby. Prednisone will be a permanent part of her care plan, but that's ok....we are just glad to be able to continue to care for her!!
I love Banfield! They are very kind to my pet and they explain everything to me. My care plan has already saved me tons of money!
Banfield put my dog Salty to sleep today. They were caring and compassionate. They tried to make this as painless as it could be. I really appreciated their caring and concern. It is wonderful that they are available on weekends. What a blessing
I've been bringing all of my pets here for years, all of the docs and techs are very nice and knowledgeable. I've always been seen right at my appointment time, never had to wait and they're very good about getting you an appointment within a day or two of calling, even same day sometimes for emergencies (they also have great hours) So it's safe for me to say I have been very happy with Banfield! Thank you guys for all that you do to keep our fur babies healthy!
Very helpful, never rush me to make decisions. Will go back again.
