My Lucy , I never had an issue , I have been vary lucky the insurance I have for her is awesome and I feel vary comfortable with the doctors and the technicians 💕🐶
I took my dog for a check up because he was limping and the representative at the front told me that my dog was in a weird weight don't understand what that means. I'm upset because I have gone twice trying to get some pain medicine for my dog and they don't have on stock but I pay for it and still no medicine.
While it is true that I am writing this after the death of my pet, most of these issues would not have come to light had this tragic event not occurred. You see the Banfield clinics trick you with a false sense of security saying that their wellness plans are in the best interest of your pets as provide you with the needed vaccinations and two yearly visits with a veterinarian, and an amazing 10% discount on services that fall outside your wellness plans.
