Walked in with a Yorkie “TODAY” that can not walk and was crying. They turned us away because they said they were too busy. Hello! Doesn’t emergency come before appointments? I would not recommend ever going there again.
All good while you pay your monthly fees for 15 years. Once your pet dies, the expectation is that you continue paying the fees through end of year. Outrageous! I am stunned, furious and deeply disappointed.
My dog Toby is over 12 years old and he gets treated with a lot of love every time he comes here! He feels Comfortable with all the staff here!
