I've been taking my dog here for 2 years now and for the most part they do a pretty good job. The staff is very nice and attentive.
Today my dog was dropped off (at the Smyrna GA location off Cumberland next to Ulta & Michael's) for mild tummy trouble and the issue was minor. They called to tell me he was ready for pick up and upon arriving, there were ppl waiting EVERYWHERE; it was pure CHAOS at the front desk (even thought the staff was nice). After waiting approx 25min and watching SEVERAL ppl pick up their pets before me(even though I was there BEFORE them), the tech brought my dog (that had been groomed just DAYS before) to me and all under his bell... read more

I've been taking my cat here for 3.5 years and they take great care of him. He's on a Wellness plan and treat him kindly and are always on top of his needs. Sometimes these clinics get a bad rap but I've never had a bad experience and will continue to go back. They love Jack like he's their own.
Never take your dog here or the hotel and groomer They almost killed our dog by cutting a cyst while she was there being boarded. Also the wellness plan is awful. They pressure you into signing into it and then don't allow you to discontinue it when they mess up.
the doctor did not view paper work and therefore over vacinated my 2 month old kittens that were already sick. what kind of education do these so called doctors have that they can not read paper work that tells you something was already done? why do we trust these people from now on i will be asking for proof that they really are a doctor before letting anyone touch my babies. and i have to find out who i need to bill as i will be taking them to the er vet to get checked out.
