Vet did a terrible job communicating. She did NOT tell me that my older dog has more issues than she mentioned. Also specifically asked if my puppy would be okay to go to the groomer today but he got turned away. We are NOT coming back to this location. Terrible care.
The front desk staff is extremely rude. On two occasions over the phone they have given me attitude, cut me off with putting me on hold mid sentence, questioned why I’d be booking a service the vet recommended, and been very impolite. I used to love Banfield, but lately the service is extremely dissatisfactory. Also, I understand the purpose of pet drop off with COVID-19 but I called to check if my pets that were dropped off at 8:30 in the morning at 2:30 in the afternoon were ready to be picked up and was told the vet was o... read more

ALL THINGS CONSIDERED....THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE RUN INTO THIS PROBLEM. YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK AT THE REVIEWS....MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT! I HOPE THIS NEVER HAPPENS TO YOU!
