Been working with Banfield for years across various states. This location has Friendly staff, personable doctor, able to diagnose and handle my cat fairly well. Good visit. Follow up to come.
After 10+ months of being seen with almost all the Vets in the building, they have been unable to successfully diagnose my dogs health issues to get her on a path to health. I don't believe that the Vets truly listen to the concerns or requests of the owners, but rather push their on-going, aimless, high-cost procedures. I guess you can't expect a personal experience and excellent treatment from a box store veterinarian. I'll be looking for a local vet. Hopefully we'll find the best treatment for our dog.
The staff is wonderful....the care they showed to my husband and I when we lost our 10 year old Golden Retriever Max was comforting. Now we have a 3 year black Lab and they show her so much care with vaccinations and health. I know she is in great hands with them.

We recently lost our little 15 year old Beagle Buster and the staff was absolutely wonderful with him and us They have a very caring staff and we appreciate the time and care you all showed Buster , my husband and I !
Banfield in Trinity has the most helpful, caring, and kind staff around. They have taking care of my best friend, my black lab Coleman, from when he was a puppy and they still give him the greatest care as an adult.
