After coming here for the past 10 years with 5 dogs on their plan (I pay over $350 a month for) I truly had an emergency tonight with my elderly Chihuahua and their true colors came out. The don't care one bit about your pet. They gave me such a hard time about seeing her. About working her in. I came up anyway and not one dog or cat waiting to be seen. Dr. Lawrence was amazing!! She helped take car of our big boy and was there every step of the way. The whole staff was accommodating and helpful. One of the nurses even hugged me while I cried. They made a very tough time bearable for us. I'm forever grateful for all they did for us. Thank you!!
Dr Lawrence and her staff were wonderful. They squeezed my Nike in for an emergency visit. I've used then for a few years. I wasn't to happy with the first vet she kept wanting us to spend alot of money on everything. But Dr Lawrence did not act that way. I hope she stays that way. We will see in two weeks. Nike is doing great!.
I was appalled at the way we were treated when our dog needed to be put down. We have been with Banfield for 11 years so they knew the history of our dog and still would not see her. We ended up taking her to an emergency vet and having them put her down. Then when I called to discontinue the plan they told me I still have to pay seven months. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
Brought out new puppy for his first shots and everyone was so nice. Loved everything about the place and staff.
