Always caring and friendly! All my pets get treated well by the staff and so does my family.
I took my pet in because he had an altercation with a wild animal. They seemed concern and asked if I could bring him in as a walk in. I got him there aroujnd 11 and he waas done in a few hours. Since he was di2e for his annual screenings, tthey took care of those things as well. I was expecting to at least pay for the Benadryl injection, but to my surprise there was no charge. We are on the wellness plan. BIG MISTAKE! They get their money every month. When my guy hurt himself I called to get him in. They didn't have any appointments for 3 weeks. They said that I COULD bring him in but he would sit in a cage until they could get to him. Yesterday we went for our check up. We sat in a small little room for 50 minutes waiting for the doctor. My guy is very anxious. So this was horrible for me which made it horrible for me. Three out of four times they are at least 30 minutes late. And they want to up... read more
I made an appointment for my dog to go get his rabies shots... they could have very well told me that he didn't need to have his shots for another year as his records are with them. Upon telling me after I arrived that he didn't need his rabies shot... I was informed that he needed several other shots. As much as they seem great with my dog and their prices are somewhat reasonable compared to other vets... I felt pushed into giving treatment to my dog and the bill just kept getting bigger.
