Not give clients the runaround when biopsy results are available. (I had to call for 3 days before finally getting an answer. And I my dogs were treated there since 2006.)

I liked this hospital until I found out it would be close to $600 to cancel our pet plan for services we already used. When we went to get our dog up to date on vaccinations they performed many unnecessary tests that resulted in a close to $600 in fees without our knowledge. When trying to cancel our plan they tried to make us pay retail for these tests that were performed rather than just charging us for the vaccines we asked for. I love Banfield all three of my dogs and two of my prior animals go to Banfield. They have a pet care plan there and the doctors are great especially dr. Callaway.
Love the docs and they love our LTD; this PetSmart is great. The only reason for a 4 and not a 5 is, it almost always takes as long or longer to check out after the appointment is over, as the appointment itself takes. Nobody’s fault...it appears their computer system is simply not integrated and very hard to use.
I came home from work on Sunday to find my min-pin with a large cyst below her eye. I use a different Banfield site but they wouldn’t/couldn’t fit me in. This site was the fifth Banfield I called and they fit me in to their schedule. They are very caring and professional; the Vet called to see how my dog was doing and if there was improvement (there was). I highly recommend this location!
