They were all very helpful. The office is clean. I've been there twice. Both times other than a sick pup the experience was good.
So far I'm impressed. Clean, coffee/tea/hot chocolate offered too!! Max saw Dr Lorenz about 2 weeks ago and she was really sweet with him and loved on him :) Today he saw Dr Hana, he seemed to genuinely care about Max and his well being. Happy to have a Banfield 5 minutes away from me that I've had a good experience with so far, rather than make the 45/50 min trip to the Ann Arbor one (which I really love!!)
This past Saturday night (a holiday weekend of course) my strictly indoor cat snuck past a visitor and spent several hours outside. He returned shaking and with several deep lacerations on his head and face. He had obviously had a run-in with some vicious creature.
