Hospital is beautiful and the team truly cares about our pets! Easy to get an appointment calling and online.
Very disappointed. Was bad mouthed by an employee while I was “on hold.” She clearly forgot to actually put me on hold and I could hear every F word she was saying about me and my phone call, just because it was 15 minutes before closing time. Not returning to Banfield...if they truly wanted to help my pet it would not have been that big of a deal to spend 5 minutes on the phone before your closing time.
Scam vet. Don’t do the services they pretended. Got their wellness plan and they just kept charging and charging random amounts multiple times per month. Had to deal with my bank fraud department over them.
Amazing place! Everyone was very friendly and caring. Took very well care of my fur baby!
I was very happy with my service. This was my first visit at Banfield. They took great care of my dog, KoKo.
