I been a customer for almost 4 years and I can't judge for a few employees the whole company. The concept Is not bad, but it could be a lot better for the amount of money WE paid for. For most of us, our pets ARE our babies and WE deserve to be treated with respect and with compassion.
I set up an appointment for the vet and the groomer the same day .... i dropped him off in the morning got a call mid day saying he was done at the groomer but never checked in at the vet..... im livid .... i spoke to the vet receptionist who assured me he was checked in but also offered to call before the doctor saw him if there were any questions i had. Now my plans for the day are completely ruined because of incompetent employees. The manager was nice but the second receptionist was rude AF and did not care. Now i drove ... read more
Ms Kitty and I "Love" this location. We also love Ashley. We will not go unless Ashley is working. The other staff are great, but she is the "Boom". She is very informative and knowledgable and the vet Dr. Williams is great also. We have always had great visits at Banfield in Tucker.
lazy as fuck and I will never pay to get my dog insured there ever again. Every single time I go In there they would lose my paper work.... Absolutely horrible.
Have been a client at Banfield in Tucker for 13 years. Currently have 2 dogs on the plan one young, one older. Have never been disappointed with the care, or the attention paid to my animals. The doctors are fabulous, the staff is very friendly, and their hours are very flexible. Would love it if they offered boarding but they do not at this location. One negative comment I must share is that the corporate offices of Banfield are not as friendly as our neighborhood Clinic is. I did have one issue when a pet had died and they... read more
