Horrible, horrible people. They only care about money and not one speck of the animals. Our animal rescue stopped affiliating ourselves w them years ago. However I have to leave a comment as well due to the fact that their system still hasn't progressed and unfortunately loved friends are dealing with the same issue we had to deal with YEARS ago. Not okay to charge someone for a puppy package when their dog died after battling Parvo. Who are you going to treat for this package, the dog's ghost?
Banfield Pet Hospital is NOT the place to have your dogs treated. This business lacks compassion and morals. My sister had joined a plan for her 2 puppies who unfortunately got sick with parvo. She paid hundreds for medicines while he was sick (which isn’t the bad part), but one puppy passed. My sister then couldn’t afford to care for the other sick puppy, so they found a lady willing to take on the care of the second puppy, bless her heart.
